Users are able to upload an unlimited PDF form for sending to the user(s) and/or user group(s) in the system. The uploaded form can be managed by job categories for convenience.

REPORT 

Users are able to upload an unlimited report which is designed by report designer in iReport in order to display input data in any report style or layout.

PROCESS 

Users are able to create scheduled job for sending uploaded PDF form to user(s) and/or user group(s) in the system.

INBOX 

Users are able to view, approval and track the real-time status of the relevant task in the job inbox.

Master 

The system administrator can create the users and user groups, using role to group together privilege.

Integrate with LDAP

The system can connect to the LDAP (Open LDAP) data with user login information into the system.

Import Data

Can import the data unit as user groups and users access the file system or excel file or txt file CSV.

Form Request

You also can create the document from the selected filled form. Then assign user to send a letter to the destination, such as HR or chief of the department to submit the expense claim.
